As a Marriott-approved photographer and FAA-certified drone pilot (Part 107), I captured interior, exterior, and aerial imagery in line with Town Place Suites brand standards. The shoot emphasized the property’s modern design and welcoming atmosphere, showcasing spaces optimized for both business and leisure travelers. Imagery was carefully crafted to highlight the functional and inviting environment typical of the Town Place Suites experience.

As a brand-new hotel, this project required a fast turnaround to get photography live as soon as possible. During the shoot, Marriott was conducting corporate training with the new staff, so we worked carefully to minimize our presence and avoid disrupting their sessions. Contractor activity was still present but managed with careful timing and minimal disruption. A few remaining construction details were addressed in post-production to ensure a polished final presentation. Overall, the project proceeded smoothly with close coordination among all parties.
