For this Denver multifamily project, I collaborated with KTGY’s lead designer months in advance, aligning on the creative vision to showcase the modern, stylish, and highly functional spaces—including micro-units designed for urban living. The photography captured the project’s unique blend of hospitality-inspired common areas, contemporary workspaces, and efficient residential units. A curated shot list was developed during a walkthrough with the design team and later refined with KTGY’s head of marketing in Los Angeles.

Unpredictable weather during a strong monsoon season and an adjacent active construction site posed logistical hurdles. However, careful scheduling and coordination—including seamlessly integrating KTGY staff into key shots—allowed us to execute a smooth, efficient production. The result was a stunning collection of images that successfully represented KTGY’s design vision and became a valuable asset for their portfolio.
